Molto Properties, a growing industrial real estate developer in the Midwest, sought a complete rebrand to reflect their evolution from a small family business to an established player in the industry. They needed a brand identity that captured their growth while aligning with their business of creating industrial spaces. The rebrand featured a dimensional "M" logo, symbolizing growth from the ground up—a concept directly tied to the company’s journey and its role in constructing industrial spaces. The tagline "We Make It Real" and accompanying linear visuals referenced blueprints, emphasizing the transformation of ideas into tangible, functional realities. While the final direction leaned more conservative, the initial exploratory concepts successfully established a bold vision and secured the logo design. This approach encouraged the client to reevaluate their identity and embrace a more ambitious outlook that mirrored their business goals.
